Mama Qucha ships domestically within Australia and overseas to all destinations covered by Australia Post.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We also ship on Saturday if your order comes through on a Friday. We cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will let you know via email.
Saturday delivery for Australian customers
Saturday delivery is available only on Express Post parcels which are sent on Friday before the cut-off time within the defined Express Post Saturday Delivery area within your State. The majority of deliveries will occur on Saturday between 9:00am and 1:00pm.
Parcels can be delivered to:
- Residential and business addresses
- 24/7 Parcel Lockers accessible on Saturdays
- Post Offices and Business Hubs open on Saturdays

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout, and are based on Australia Post rates (plus packaging costs). The rates at the checkout are calculated with ‘Addition’, a third party app, and are based on the Australia Post rates which are available on the Australia Post delivery calculator.
Delivery speed options & coverage
Delivery options will appear at the checkout after you have entered your address details, and are based on your postcode / address.

Shipment to PO boxes
Australia Post allows shipping to PO boxes within Australia.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking numbers, once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order on the Australia Post website using this tracking number. Please note, Australia post does not provide a tracking number to some countries.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Mama Qucha is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Insurance
Mama Qucha is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Australia Post to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and ensure you take photos as evidence.
Currently insurance is not included at the checkout, in order to keep costs down. If you would like your purchase insured, please contact us and we will process this request for you.
