Mama Qucha ships worldwide to all destinations covered by Australia Post and An Post. We ship out to Australia & New Zealand with Australia Post from our stock location in Sydney. Postage to all other destinations are sent with An Post from our second stock location in Ireland. An Post (the national postage carrier of Ireland) is currently only shipping to limited countries due to the coronavirus pandemic. Please see if your country is included in An Post's limited shipping destinations here.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout, and are based on Australia Post rates for Australia & New Zealand, and An Post rates for everywhere else.
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $100AUD. For orders under $100AUD, shipping prices are as per the following table:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will let you know via email.
Delivery speed options & coverage
We have decided to use Standard shipping only, as this keeps shipping costs down. For Australian customers, this includes a tracking number which you can track online through the Australia Post website.

All other International delivery times are based on An Post times. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination. Generally international items take between 3 to 7 working days. You can see estimated delivery times for your chosen destination by using the An Post Calculate the Postage tool.

Shipment to PO boxes - for Australian customers
Australia Post allows shipping to PO boxes within Australia.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking - for Australian customers
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking numbers, once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order on the Australia Post website using this tracking number. Please note, Australia post does not provide a tracking number to some countries.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Currently insurance is only included for orders under $100AUD shipped within Australia. If you are purchasing overseas and would like your purchase insured, please contact us and we will look into this request for you.
